The Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC) is a public shareholding company incorporated in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emiartes, by Law No. (4) of 1972 as amended by Law (4) of 1974, and is governed by the provision of the U.A.E. Federal Insurance Agents Law No. (9) of 1984 (as amended, with Registration No. (1) dated 22-7-1984.
